    Production-ready multi-tenant Payroll & HRMS platform engineered with Spring Boot 3, React 18, and Spring Security (stateless JWT). Features automated batch payroll calculations, Indian statutory compliance (EPF, PT, TDS), attendance tracking, encrypted OpenPDF payslips, and AI Copilot integration. Deployed on AWS EC2 with Vercel frontend proxy.

    VLAN & Inter-VLAN Routing

    Designed and configured a multi-VLAN enterprise network using Cisco switches. Implemented inter-VLAN routing with the Router-on-a-Stick method and 802.1Q trunking to ensure secure cross-subnet communication.

    BharatNet Node Deployment & Smart-Rack Management

    Configured and deployed 200+ network nodes (HFCL routers) and managed smart-rack setups in a live production environment for BSNL BharatNet. Conducted Linux CLI monitoring, L1 troubleshooting, and alarm log analytics for high availability.
